Library Volunteers Needed

The McKinley Library relies on a dedicated team of volunteers to help keep the library running smoothly. Volunteers help to check books in and out for our students, and assist with shelving as well. If you'd like to volunteer your time in our library, or if you have questions about our library volunteer program, please reach out to our librarian, Ms. Strohecker, at LaurenStrohecker@abington.k12.pa.us. An Abington School District volunteer badge is required to volunteer. Thank you!

Fundraiser Opportunity: Joe Corbi's

We are kicking off our Joe Corbi's fundraiser on November 1 to raise money for our school community. Please look out for a brochure soon.

School Day Volunteers Needed for Garden

The McKinley Garden committee needs volunteers to help open the garden to students, most specifically the older grades with recess times from 12:30 - 2:30 pm. If you are able to help spend some time with our older students in the garden for the next few weeks, please reach out to mzamborsky@gmail.com.

Volunteers are also welcome for younger grades from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. 

All volunteers MUST have their district-issued volunteer badge in order to participate.

PTO Information

The PTO is a Non-Profit Organization!

This means that you can write off your PTO dues!  Funds collected through dues and fundraising events go directly towards supporting our teachers, student events, and various school clubs. PTO Dues start at the suggested donation of $20.
